Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Northern Territory, Australia and you irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of such Territory in resolving any disputes.

The purpose of this Privacy Statement is to explain how Channel NT (“we”, “our” “us”) use, collect, store, and disclose information in connection with goods and services relating to Channel NT, regardless of whether that information has been collected by us in person, by phone, over email, via the Website, subscription services (e.g. MailChimp), and other means (collectively, the “Collection Points”).
